She was adopted out to a lovely family, but her energy level was too much for them and she came back the shelter almost 2 years later. Libby went through obedience training and is a very smart little girl. She does well with other dogs and would really need a home with land and a fenced yard. Border Collies are very easy to train and very intelligent, but they have a lot of energy and require a lot of attention. Libby is house trained.
